1. Operator and contact
The SUP rental service is provided by Apartments Neda, Kampor 45a, 51290 Kampor, Croatia. Contact: info@apartmentsneda.com.
2. Eligibility
The service is offered to checked-in Apartments Neda guests, subject to availability and suitable conditions. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for everyone using the equipment under the booking. Children may use the equipment only when accompanied and continuously supervised by a responsible adult.
3. Booking and contract
The booking form shows the selected inclusive dates, duration and total price. A binding booking is made when you submit the form after accepting these Terms and the Privacy Notice and the website displays a confirmation. We also send a confirmation to the email address provided. Please contact us promptly if any detail is incorrect.
4. Rental period, pickup and return
Rentals run for one to seven consecutive calendar days, including both the start and end date. Pickup and return times at Apartments Neda are arranged with the host. Equipment must be returned at the agreed time, clean enough for inspection and with all supplied parts.
5. Equipment
The standard set consists of a WATTSUP Mora 10'6 inflatable board, adjustable paddle, removable kayak seat, ankle leash, manual pump and centre fin. The exact condition and contents are checked at handover. Suitable personal buoyancy equipment must be worn; confirm at pickup whether it is supplied or must be provided by the user.
6. Price and payment
The total price is shown in euros before booking and in the confirmation. Payment is due at pickup. The website does not take an online payment for SUP rental. No additional mandatory fee will be added unless it was clearly disclosed and agreed before the booking.
7. Safe use
- Only one person may use the board at a time and the user's total weight must not exceed 125 kg.
- Stay within 300 metres of shore, wear suitable buoyancy equipment and attach the ankle leash.
- Use the equipment only in daylight, in suitable weather and water conditions, within your ability and in compliance with instructions and applicable maritime rules.
- Do not use the equipment in strong wind, rough water, storms, poor visibility, restricted areas, or while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication, illness or exhaustion.
- Stop using the equipment and return to shore if conditions deteriorate or the equipment appears damaged.
8. Care, loss and damage
Inspect the equipment at pickup and report visible damage immediately. Use it with reasonable care and do not alter, lend or transfer it outside the booked group. The renter is responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for loss or damage caused intentionally or negligently by the renter or a person using it under the booking. Normal wear, hidden defects and damage not caused by the booked group are excluded.
9. Weather, safety and cancellation by us
Availability depends on safe weather, water conditions and equipment condition. Apartments Neda may delay, shorten or cancel a rental when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, equipment failure or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cancel before pickup, nothing is payable. If a paid rental must be shortened, we will offer an appropriate proportional refund or alternative dates where reasonably possible.
10. Cancellation by you
You may cancel before pickup using the cancellation link in your confirmation or by contacting us. No cancellation fee is charged for a SUP booking made through this website. If you no longer intend to use the board, please cancel promptly so the dates can be released.
11. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights
SUP rental booked for specified dates is a leisure service for a specific period. Where the legal exception for such services applies, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply. This does not limit the cancellation right in section 10 or any mandatory right you have if the service is not provided as agreed.
12. Responsibility and liability
Water activities involve inherent risks, and users remain responsible for judging their ability and following safety instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights. Apartments Neda is liable in accordance with applicable law.
13. Complaints
Send a complaint with your booking reference to info@apartmentsneda.com or Apartments Neda, Kampor 45a, 51290 Kampor, Croatia. We will acknowledge a written complaint and respond in writing within 15 days.
14. Law, disputes and versions
Croatian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection or jurisdiction available under applicable law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. The version accepted when booking is stored with the booking and remains applicable to it.
